1.Revision & Support Policy
We aim to provide professional and high-quality web solutions. To ensure client satisfaction, we offer the following revision and support policy:
– Every project includes up to two free revisions to make necessary adjustments.
– Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the initial project.
– Additional revisions beyond the two included may be subject to extra charges.
We encourage clients to provide clear and detailed feedback to ensure the revisions align with their expectations.

2. Refund Eligibility
If you are still not satisfied after two revisions, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
– The refund request must be made within 5 days of receiving the final revision.
– The client must provide a valid reason explaining why the service did not meet their expectations.
– Refunds will not be issued for minor dissatisfaction related to design preferences after multiple revisions have been provided.
– Any custom requests, additional add-ons, or third-party service fees (such as premium plugins, hosting, or software licenses) are non-refundable.
– Refunds will be issued after deducting the domain purchase cost, as domain fees are non-refundable.
Important Note: Refunds are only applicable for services paid on a monthly installment basis. Any full or upfront payments may be subject to different terms.

2. Provide the following details in your email:
– Full name and contact information
– Order details (Invoice number, date of purchase)
– A detailed explanation of the issue and why you are requesting a refund

Processing Time:
– Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 2 business days.
– If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and returned via the original payment method.
– You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
– If the client changes their mind after work has been completed.
– If the client fails to communicate or provide necessary information for project completion.
– If the client requests additional features beyond the agreed scope and then asks for a refund.
– If the delay in project delivery is due to client-side issues, such as lack of timely responses.
– If the client has already approved and accepted the work delivered.
